We aim to dispatch your products within 3 working days.  If you require your product(s) sooner, please contact us at obabytoys@gmail.com to discuss your requirements before you make your purchase.

All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.

We will dispatch your item by 1st class post.  Our current delivery costs are listed below.  We reserve the right to amend our delivery charges if the item(s) is an unusual shape or weight.  Under these circumstances we will contact you before the dispatch is undertaken.

Before completing your purchase, we ask that you check your delivery details, including post code, to ensure they are correct.  We are not responsible for charges incurred for re-directing post.

Up to 1kg: £3.85

Up to 2kgs: £5.57

2kg + : £7.50

Returns

O baby offers a 14 day money back guarantee on any faulty or damaged products.  All returns must be approved by our Customer Care team and you must notify us as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team can be contacted at obabytoys@gmail.com please them with details of the problem and photos, where possible, of the fault or damage.

 

Returned products will either be replaced or refunded.
